Adult Hip Hop Class
Daphne Studio: Tuesdays 7:15p-8:30p
$65/month or $20 drop-in fee
This 1 hour 15 minute class will be divided into 45 mins of "Fly Fit" (think 2000s hip hop music blasting while you literally sweat your booty off) & 30 mins of Hip Hop Choreography. This class is for all skill levels (no experience necessary)! It's a fun, fitness type class accompanied with high-energy music to keep you moving & having fun the whole time. You're going to leave wanting a copy of the playlist!

Beginner Adult Tap Class
Fairhope Studio: Thursdays 6:00p-7:15p
$65/month or $20 drop-in fee
This is for someone who has never tapped (or even danced at all) before or that has tapped before & would like to get back into it! We will be teaching you steps to some of today's top songs, as well as some old school music! This session will have a strong focus on technique, fundamentals & terminology along with some choreography.
Meet Me at the Barre
Adult Ballet Class
Daphne Studio: Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:45pm
$65/month or $20 drop-in fee
This isn't your typical ballet barre class! The 1 hour & 15 minute class will start off with 45 minutes of leg-burning, arm-toning, ab-forming, booty-firming barre work! The last 30 minutes will be off the barre focusing on classical ballet terminology, correcting technique & across the floor choreographed movements.
